We use Nicola’s services on a weekly basis for all the financial aspects of our café including payroll, entering and paying the bills, and weekly bank reconciliations with Xero. Our accounts are always up to date and she is able to provide us with easy-to-read management reports, just a few days after month end.

Our suppliers have also benefitted from Nicola’s services. Payments are now always up to date and they are provided with a nice and easy to read remittance advice slips which, they say, make their life so much easier, as they know exactly what each payment is for.

Business partners Greg Jury and Stephen Brooks launched the Bottlepops business in 2014 and were joined by Andrew Banks and Steve Baxter in 2015 after a successful pitch on Shark Tank Australia.  They sell talking bottle openers which are sold online and in retail stores around Australia and overseas.

Although we work an hour away from each other, cloud-based technology enables Nicola to do all our bookkeeping remotely each week, meaning our books are always up to date.
